Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the JolMap mobile application, website and related services operated by JOLMAP (PTY) LTD.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.

Venue and community information

Crowd levels, queue times, specials, locations and other venue details may be supplied by users, venues or third parties. They are estimates and may change. Verify important information directly with the venue.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse JolMap, submit false or unlawful content, harass others, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service, or violate another person's rights.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JOLMAP (PTY) LTD a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content to operate and improve JolMap. You must have the right to submit it.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions may be processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Pricing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are also subject to that provider's terms. Cancel recurring subscriptions through the store account used for purchase.

Navigation and third-party services

Maps, navigation, ride services and external links are provided by third parties. JolMap does not control their availability, route guidance, pricing or safety. Use appropriate care and obey local laws.

Availability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all community-supplied information will be accurate.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms. You may stop using JolMap and request account deletion at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, JOLMAP (PTY) LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of JolMap, third-party services or user-supplied information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
