Please include your account email address and use the subject line: Delete My Account.
Upon request, JolMap will delete account profile information, saved preferences, friend/social data, and app data linked to your account.
Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or abuse prevention.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
